The Oushak Carnaval Collection consists of modern-designed Uşak rugs handcrafted from 100% natural Lyocell (TENCEL™). The silky texture and natural sheen of TENCEL™ fiber bring elegance and a luxurious feel to your living spaces. The fringed edge finish offers a classic look, while the 7.5 mm pile height creates a soft, comfortable surface. Carefully woven with 168,000 knots and a weight of 3,300 g/m², it is dense and made to last. This variant features a modern Berber-inspired pattern, with a fine dotted texture on an aqua-gray ground and multicolored diamond motifs. Diamond motifs have traditionally been used as symbols of protection and abundance in Berber and Anatolian weaving.
What Is TENCEL™ (Lyocell)?
TENCEL™ is the registered brand name of lyocell fiber produced by Austrian company Lenzing AG. It is made from wood cellulose sourced from sustainably managed forests using a closed-loop, environmentally friendly production process. It is known for its silk-like softness, natural sheen, high moisture absorption, and biodegradable properties. How to Clean a TENCEL™ Rug?
Daily care for Oushak Carnaval TENCEL™ rugs is easy: simply vacuum with a low-suction vacuum cleaner, and gently dab any stains with a slightly damp (not wet) cloth. However, TENCEL™ is a natural cellulose fiber, so it is sensitive to water and excessive moisture; do not soak the rug or machine-wash it. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaning service. This will help preserve the rug’s silky sheen and colors for a long time.

Delivery
Once your order is ready, it is handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo and delivered to your door within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Preparation time varies by product; the estimated delivery date for your region is shown on the product page. Every shipment is insured until delivery.
Shipping fee
Shipping is free on orders of 10,000 TL or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is 999 TL.
International shipping
Worldwide shipping is handled by DHL Express and is free.

We offer 3 interest-free installments on all cards.
Returns
If your rug isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery through My Account › My Orders by selecting “Request a return.” Once your request is approved, your return code will be sent via WhatsApp. You don’t need to take the rug to a shipping branch — simply call your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch to arrange pickup from your address. We cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or a completely different rug, you can request an exchange within 14 days by selecting “Request an exchange.” Your new rug will be sent once we receive the one you returned; shipping is on us. If there’s a price difference, we’ll send you a payment link. If your new choice costs less, the difference will be refunded to your card. Rugs made to custom dimensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
All our rugs come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Immediate Action and Liquid Spills
When spills occur, timing is critical. Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to lift the liquid from the surface by gently blotting only - never rub. Always work in the direction of the rug pile (the fibers’ natural lay). Rubbing can damage the shape of delicate fibers such as TENCEL™ and viscose. If in doubt, stop immediately.
Routine Care and Light Balance
For your weekly cleaning routine, always use vacuum cleaners with low suction power. High-powered upright vacuums and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance natural fibers’ reaction to light and prevent localized tonal differences (fading), we recommend changing your rug’s direction every 2 to 6 months.
The Expert Touch (Professional Cleaning)
Noble fibers such as handwoven TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners. These products can irreversibly damage the rug’s silky sheen and structural integrity. For a thorough clean, seek help only from professional rug care centers specializing in natural fibers.
Washing Instructions
The exquisite pieces in the Carpetdocia collections are not suitable for machine washing due to their construction. (Only specific models explicitly labeled “Washable” in their name can be washed in home washing machines using a low-temperature, delicate cycle.)
